Define Terms Use – Yah (God In Hebrew) – Jesus (Yahshua Hamashiach) – Lord (Adonai) – Savior (Messiah) – All these terms are the original Hebrew & Aramaic terms for these words. When we use these terms. We are referring to these words.

I, El Leanko Pexi Yah, an heir of the most high Yah, am speaking the words in this Declaration and Notice to declare to the heavens and the earth and give notice to all principalities, governments, popes, monarchs, heads of state, presidents, judges, justices, cardinals, bishops, priests, and politicians in regard to the declarations herein.

1. I am declaring that I am the peaceable, living, and spiritual man endowed by my heavenly Father with Yah-given rights.
2. I am declaring that I have confessed with my mouth that Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus), the Hamashiach (Christ), is my Adonai and Messiah, and I believe in my heart that Yah has raised Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) from the dead (Romans 10:9).
3. I am declaring that I have made a covenant with Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) by drinking the cup of juice that represents the blood of Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) and eating the bread that represents the body of Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus), in remembrance of my Adonai and Messiah (1 Corinthians 11:24–26).
4. I am declaring that Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) died for my sin and His blood redeemed me from sin completely.
5. I am declaring that Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) took my infirmity and bore my sin in His own body (Matthew 8:17; 1 Peter 2:24); the body of Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) was broken for me to free me from all my infirmity, sickness, and sin; by the stripes of Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus), I am healed (1 Peter 2:24).
6. I am declaring that Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) is the head and I am the body; therefore, Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) and I are one.
7. I am declaring that Yah is my heavenly Father and His glory will fill the earth (Romans 8:14–17; Numbers 14:21).
8. I am declaring that all power is given to Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) in heaven and on earth by Yah (Matthew 28:18).
9. I am declaring that Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus) has the power and the authority to judge the living and the dead (Acts 10:42).
10. I am declaring that Satan has no power and authority over the earth and the children of Yah.
11. I am declaring that the earth does not belong to governments, states, and corporations; instead, the earth belongs to Yah (Deuteronomy 10:14; Psalm 24:1).
12. I am declaring that Yah’s Law supersedes man’s law; all man-made laws, rules, codes, acts, statutes, regulations, and mandates, including but not limited to the laws, rules, codes, acts, statutes, regulations, and mandates of corporations and states, that are in violation of my Yah-given rights are null and void from the beginning and forever.

With the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost as my witnesses, I am declaring that my words in this Declaration and Notice are true to the best of my knowledge on this ninth day of april in the year two thousand twenty-three.

Waiver and Acknowledgement

This Waiver and Acknowledgement is my own creation. I am the author of it and therefore have authority over it. This Waiver and Acknowledgement was created with the intention to correct my status and notify all governments and their agents that I am the spiritual man endowed with Yah-given rights and free will. My Yah-given rights cannot be taken away from me and are above all corporate or state rules, orders, codes, acts, statutes, and regulations, and laws made by man. I am not a legal fiction nor corporation. I am the peaceable, living, and spiritual man.

Any and all men and women, acting or not acting as government agents, who violate my Yah-given rights and cause harm to me shall answer to the Law and Justice System of Yah. All thoughts, intentions, and actions are known by Yah and there is no escaping His Laws.

Waiver and Acknowledgment

From the beginning, with Yah as my witness, I, Leanko, the spiritual man created in the image of Yah, am acknowledging all blessings given by Yah, repenting all transgressions against Yah, and waiving all benefits without Yah.
